finally, Finally, FINALLY!
It has seemed soo long since the Tigers won a game! Even though they are still 2 and 8 of their last 10 games (lost series’ to the Sox, the Angels, the As, then the Sox again – in Detroit, annddd…. were losing until the 7th inning of tonights’ game) they had a much needed rally in the bottom of the 7th to get the W tonight.
I missed a few innings of tonight’s game during my commute home, but am glad to have watched that 7th inning rally. It was great to see Rodney pitch well again tonight in the set-up role. Only a littttle while longer until Zumaya can join him.
The win tonight was great… and much needed. The 5-game losing streak is finally broken. I would love to see a nice clean 3 game sweep of the Devil Rays to carry us into a sweep of the A’s!
